How do you ship and what are the rates?
We use standard 7-day UPS delivery service. The shipping charge is
automatically added to your order at checkout, and is based on the
order's total value as shown below.

Can I purchase just the chart?
No, the items are sold as complete kits. But take a look at our
publications, which include many charts by Gerda Bengtsson.

Can I order a kit from an old catalog?
Sure. Give us the item number and we will do our best to find it
for you. Haandarbejdets Fremme has more that 2000 kits available and
doesn't usually retire patterns.

How long will it take to get my special order?
It can take anywhere from 10 to 20 days to receive a shipment from Denmark.

Can you sell me linen in custom sizes?
Sure. The linen is 60 inches wide and costs $40 a yard. We would be happy
to cut to order. We will pro-rate the area sold. (Where's my calculator?)

Can I order one skein of thread of every color?
Sure. A complete set of 102 skeins will cost 102 x $.90 = $91.80.
